Lost the screw ofmy eyeglasses this morning, would not beable tosee orwork ifI didn’t find this very friendly LensCrafters location. Sigi was profesional, helpful and did not charge anything for this amazing service.P.s. Ibought atleast 3pairs ofglasses from this location before and always had anexcellent experience!!

omg iam soglad icame tothis LensCrafter location today! Ican now see with mynew glasses without getting dizzy! 5stars for Ida and Zina!!!
What happened: Ireally like myold glasses and Ihad them for over seven yearsnow. SoI purchased the same frame with the same prescription lenses atanother optometry location (not LensCrafter). After trying onthis new glasses (even though they supposedly tobe the same asmy old glasses) I’ve been getting dizzy wearing them. Iwent back tomy the
optometry, and they told meI just need toget used tothem. Turns out that’s not true. Zina from LensCrafter took time tohelp memeasured the spread ofthe lenses relative tomy pupils, and found that there were actually discrepancy between mynew glasses tomy oldone. With that info, she make adjustments tothe bridge height onmy glasses, and Ino longer have dizziness wearing mynew glasses!!… – show00

My experience isalways overly welcoming every time that Icome toshop here atthis particular Lens Crafters. Ifeel like I’m apart ofthe team Literally! The entire staff including security are like mypersonal shoppers. They allow meto share myshopping story for the best shopping experience ever! The Security lets metake mytime totry onglasses without giving upand leaving without afresh pair you know. Even ifI’m about tohave ameltdown it’s like this particular staff finds mea perfect pair every time! The staff gives their own personal opinions within their own style mixed with mine allowing meNot topick upthe next best thing! But the Perfect Pair!
